How do I track my order?
Customers placing online orders will automatically receive an email with tracking when the stock portion of their order ships. Drop ship or custom orders shipping from our vendors are not updated with tracking at this time. If you placed an order by phone/mail/fax, please call the Member Service Center at 1.833.VFW.VETS (1.833.839.8387) to see if tracking may be available from our warehouse or vendors.
How do I see my order history?
Online order history can be found by logging into your Store account and clicking “WELCOME (your name)” near the top. Go to ACCOUNT LINKS to see your online order history. This history does not include orders placed by phone, mail or fax which are handled directly by the Member Service Center advisors.
How much is shipping?
For most items, shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your purchase.

How can I get my order rushed?
Call the Member Service Center at 1.833.VFW.VETS (1.833.839.8387) to find out if the items you are interested can be expedited at an additional cost. Depending on product availability, location and vendor/shipper schedule, your order may not be eligible for expedited delivery.
How do I redeem a promo code?
There are several ways to redeem a promo code:
Online: go to your shopping cart, enter the code in the box marked “promo code.” The discount will be applied
Phone: call the Member Service Center at 1.833.VFW.VETS (1.833.839.8387) to place an order. Please tell the representative your promo code
Mail/Fax: send in an order with your promo code.
How do I update my account?
Log into your VFW Store account, make changes to your personal information and save the changes.
How do I redeem my store credit?
Store credits cannot be redeemed on our website at this time. Please call the Member Service Center at 1.833.VFW.VETS (1.833.839.8387) to use the credit on a new order or mail/fax your credit slip with your order.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed on our website at this time. Simply return your original gift certificate with your next order.
How do I buy a gift certificate?
Gift certificates may be purchased in any denomination by calling the Member Service Center at 1.833.VFW.VETS (1.833.839.8387).
Do you charge sales tax?
Purchases through our website, National Headquarters or sponsored events may require Missouri Sales Tax. Orders shipping to a Missouri address require sales tax. Contact the Member Service Center at 1.833.VFW.VETS (1.833.837.8387) for more information.

Why does it take so long for my cap to arrive?
Caps are made-to-order and personalized with your information. They are not made in advance due to size, style, piping, state and title variations, etc. During the months April thru July, expected wait times may be 8-10 weeks due to increased demand.

I’m looking for an item that’s in your catalog-why can’t I find it online?
There may be several reasons:
Products may be in limited quantities or discontinued
Products may be temporarily or permanently out-of-stock

How do I get a refund or exchange an item?
Not all items are eligible for return or exchange. Authorization is required before returning any merchandise. Please call the Member Service Center at 1.833.VFW.VETS (1.833.839.8387).
How long do I have to notify the VFW Store regarding missing or damaged merchandise?
All claims of missing/damaged/incorrect products must be filed within 60 days from the date of the invoice. Please call the Member Service Center at 1.833.VFW.VETS (1.833.839.8387) to report missing or damaged merchandise.
How do I get permission to use the emblems on products I want to buy elsewhere?
